This is a two day course. The first part will be on 4/30/21 from 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm and will continue the next day 5/1/2021 from 7:00 am – 10:00 am for range time.
The NRA Basic Pistol Class is for shooters at all levels, from the beginner to more experienced shooters. Bring your carry gun to class. If you don’t already own a gun, we will teach you how to select the perfect pistol and holster for use. We will also teach you how to shoot your gun at the shooting range. You will learn how to take the gun apart, clean it, and how to store it safely away from unauthorized individuals. You will also learn how to select the right ammo and much more. There will also be a $18 charge for your Pistol Handbook.
You should bring at least 50 rounds of ammo and eye and ear protection. You will also pay your own range fee. Upon completion you will receive a framable certificate from the NRA signifying your graduation from the class.
Our class instructor is a 25 year retired Utah Law Enforcement officer and works with people of all skill levels to help train them to get comfortable with their gun.
