"Phil is a retired Police officer that took the class through 4 hours of in depth understanding of not only the laws in Utah, but also the unique perspective he has of the laws from law enforcement. It was never dull, stories that were funny to ones that caught our attention to make us think twice before getting into certain situation. Fingerprinting and passport photos are taken right there, he hand delivers the packets to BCI himself.

Very informative and a great instructor. All of our classes have been smaller which meant more one on one interaction. If you are interested in getting your concealed carry permit this is where you want to start. Once you finish this I highly recommend signing up for one of the NRA Firearms Classes.

I took the concealed carry course along with the basic pistol range class at the beginning of December. I highly recommend both classes. Phil is a knowledgeable instructor, and I left with a good understanding of UT concealed carry laws.
