Special Event: Utah Concealed Firearms Permit Class with Live Fire Qualification in Hurricane, Utah
Looking for the best Utah Concealed Carry Class in Hurricane or St. George, Utah? Don’t miss this special concealed carry event hosted by Utah Certified BCI Firearms Instructor and retired Utah law enforcement officer, Phil Snyder.
Phil Snyder, a respected firearms instructor and Texas LTC Instructor, is bringing something new and exciting to southern Utah. While the Utah Concealed Firearms Permit Course normally requires only classroom instruction, this special event will include a live fire handgun proficiency qualification — done the Texas way!
That’s right — students will shoot the Texas License to Carry (LTC) qualification course, a 50-round handgun proficiency test used by the State of Texas for handgun licensing. This provides a challenging, practical, and rewarding training experience that goes far beyond Utah’s minimum requirements of a boring classroom environment
To successfully pass the qualification, students must achieve a score of 70% or higher on the Texas LTC 50 round course of fire. This ensures every graduate of Phil Snyder’s Utah CCW class has not only the knowledge but also the demonstrated handgun skills to carry confidently and responsibly.
